• I-64 East toward Lexington
• When I-64 ends at Lexington, take I-81 North toward Staunton and Winchester
• Take Exit 222 - Staunton, Route 250
• At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 250 West, toward Staunton
• Continue straight to the second stoplight and turn right
• You are now on Western State Hospital grounds
• Continue straight for approximately 0.25 mile

• Jeffreys Building (Bldg 123): At the fork, continue straight to the first building on the left
• Administrative Services Building (Bldg 127): At the fork, turn right and go to first building on the right
• Do not exceed 15 mph speed limit on hospital grounds
